Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 175 952), trading as Cortivo (we, us, our), handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
It covers:
- people who visit cortivo.io or fill in our forms;
- our customers (the businesses that use Cortivo) and their team members; and
- how we handle information about our customers' own customers, which we hold on our customers' behalf.
1. What we collect #
When you use our website forms
- Free Missed Lead Audit: your name, business name, trade, suburb, mobile, email, an estimate of missed calls per week, and your consent to receive SMS and email about the audit.
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone, topic and message.
- Partner application: your name, company, email, phone, partner type, approximate number of clients and message.
- Technical details sent with a form: the page you were on, when you started the form, and where you came from (for example, a Google search or an ad).
When we run your Missed Lead Audit
We contact your business the way a customer would, by phone, SMS, webchat and your website form, and record what happened: whether and when you responded, and how. We use this only to prepare your audit.
When you sign up or use Cortivo
- Account details: name, business name, email, phone and team member logins.
- Billing details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support communications and call notes.
- Usage information: features used, message and call volumes, and device and log data.
Information about your customers (held on your behalf)
When you use Cortivo, it stores information about your own customers and enquirers, such as names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, job details, messages, call recordings, call transcripts and booking history. We handle this information to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for telling your customers how you collect and use it.
Calls with the AI receptionist
Calls answered by the AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed so the details can be passed to the business and to improve accuracy. Callers are told at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
