5. Refund Policy
Cortivo offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial ends and billing begins, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact us for review.
6. Data Security and Usage
Cortivo uses cloud-based infrastructure with data encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls and industry-standard protocols help protect your information. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Privacy Act 1988 in Australia).
